Keep in L/H lane at 1st R/A filter left into White Hill Way B4534 at next R/A ignore sign to Hook Street/Conference Center. Next R/A turn left into Grange Park Way next R/A straight over next R/A turn right into Hay Lane follow road to Conference Centre on left.
Ignore 1st car park , park in 2nd car park and pay £ 4:00 for 24 hrs.

FRIDAY 9th FEBRUARY
14.00 onwards. Check in at the hotel.
15.00 onwards, bar opens in hotel (note - no real ale at this point). If you are in need of real ale. It is 15 minutes walk to the Brookhouse Farm (Hungry Horse) pub.
18.45 first shuttle taxi leaves for the Sun Inn in Lydiard Millicent.
19.20 approximately, last shuttle leaves for the Sun Inn.
19.30 onwards, munch, munch, munch, rabbit, rabbit, rabbit, slurp, slurp, slurp.
22.30 first shuttle taxi leaves the Sun Inn back to the hotel.
23.10 approximately, last shuttle taxi leaves the Sun Inn for the hotel.
SATURDAY 10th FEBRUARY
08.00 onwards breakfast (I will check the times when we get to the hotel).
Remainder of morning free time although some may consider doing the Lydiard Park Run at 09.00.
Suggestions for the morning are;
The Swindon Designer Outlet Centre and/or GWR railway museum (adjoining buildings).
Butterfly and farm park. No doubt observing dormant chrysalis at this time of the year.
Computer museum for the geeks.
Buy a Gold Wing at Blade Honda.
13.00 Hangover run from the hotel (hares Fairy Snow, Swampy, Fuggles and Soup Dragon)
14.00 approx. On Inn at the Sun Inn Lydiard Millicent. Buffet provided by NH4.
17.45 first shuttle taxi leaves the Sun Inn for the hotel.
18.20 last shuttle taxi leaves the Sun Inn for the hotel.
19.30 for 20.00 sit down buffet meal.
21.00 onwards mingle at the bar with the wedding guests. Gatecrash etc.
SUNDAY 11th FEBRUARY
08.00 onwards breakfast (time to be checked).
11.00 Check out of hotel prior to 11.00.
11.00 Joint run with North Wilts H3 from the Sun Inn Lydiard Millicent.
Each taxi trip will cost £10 each way each trip. We will be having an eight seater taxi which will do a shuttle of three trips. As it will not be all eight people in a taxi, then the price of £33ish (£30, plus something for for a tip) will be divided equally between the numbers travelling (21 on Friday evening). e.g. If each person pays £1.55 for each one way trip on Friday evening, then the driver will get £32.55, so a £2.50 tip for the three shuttle journeys.
For the Saturday run, Sanyu has very kindly volunteered to position her SUV in the Sun Inn car park after the run. Prior to the start of the, you can put a change of clothes in Sanyu’s vehicle, thus you will be able to change at the pub, after the run.
On the Saturday evening, we will be having our sit down meal in our own dining room. If you do not know already, there will also be a wedding party at the hotel on Saturday evening.
We will have our own real ale available in our dining room, so none of the wedding guests will have access to it. I presume that anyone requiring wine or other drinks, will have to purchase them from the bar. The real ale is not included in the price of the weekend and hashers will buy this from NH4. I will devise a method of paying for this.
Could someone bring along a ghetto blaster, then we could do our own thing if need be.
Most of the ladies that I have spoken will be wearing posh frocks. Could I suggest that the men wear suitable attire to compliment the ladies dress (no, I do not mean a mini skirt). I will even to put a tie on. This is not compulsory, but just a suggestion. It could well be that as we get drinks at the bar, we could end up mingling with the wedding party and might even be invited in to join their function. If we are all scrubbed up well, then the chances of that happening are better.

If anyone is misfortunate enough to miss the last taxi shuttle on Friday evening to the pub, then phone Cross Street taxis on 01793 232323. Alternatively, you can walk to the pub and this is 1.9 miles by pavement. The pub is approximately 0.8 mile as the crow flies from the hotel and a path across fields will take you there, so probably a mile, Locals claim that this is a ten minute walk.
Note. There is a small indoor heated swimming pool and fitness room in the hotel. Also, free Wi Fi in all the rooms.
Friday 22nd - Sunday 24th June 2018: The Swanage Weekend

Pam will pick up the keys about 5pm on Friday. All bed linen is provided but you will need to bring towels. If you have room please bring garden chairs too - hopefully the weather will allow us to sit in the garden!
A key will be issued for each bedroom together with a front door key, but please leave the bedroom keys in the bowl in the hall before leaving the hotel - apparently lots of people have locked themselves out of their rooms in the past and so there could be a charge if they have to come to let us in!
Please park carefully in front and to the side of the hotel. There should be enough room however there is further parking in the road opposite - 'Burlington Road', if necessary
There will be the usual beer and wine available and also bread, cereal, tea, coffee and juice for breakfast. If you want to have the full English then there is a cafe just down the road on the beach.

Saturday morning (provisionally)
Meet at the railway station at 11.00 to catch the 11.20 train to Corfe Castle - If you are not travelling by train please let Andy Ralph know othewise he'll buy a ticket for you! On Inn will be the Castle Inn, as usual, for lunch.
Down downs will be in the B&B garden at 6pm. Then do your own thing for dinner - later for those who are still awake - hit the town.

Bucks Fizz in the garden at 10.00 followed by the run starting at 11.00 from Tower Lodge. The On Inn will be The Red Lion (in town).

We need to be out of the B&B by 10am (leaving it clean and tidy!!).
