A short flat walk and run (<1 hour) because we had to be at the Gurkha Palace for lunch at 12 midday. Interesting run for its use of unfamiliar bits of an area close to where many of us have lived for years.
The AGM only ran 15 minutes past the 2:30 deadline. There was mercifully not time for protracted inane discussions.

Hanging About: Enjoyable trail, and running around the outside of the girls football match was an unexpected treat!
Silvier Fox: No hills but nice to see lots of youngsters playing football in the parks. Got muddy feet on the Par 4.
Yellow Peril: Great trail up to usual ‘Er Indoors standards - a classic and very well marked.
